🌿 We offer a personalized, whole-person lifestyle review in the form of an Herbal Consultation. Sessions may include a combination of values and strengths assessments, a holistic look at your personal pillars of health, support in identifying where more balance is being called in, and opportunities to dive deep into the wellness areas of your choice. Services are primarily in-person and begin with pre-completed electronic questionnaires. You'll receive herbal education, thoughtfully selected plant allies, and a custom herbal tea blend to support your unique journey.
